Hi Jackie, I'm also a MMF survivor. I was diagonosed in 2005 and had a stem cell transplant at NY Presbyterian in 2007. I've beem in and out of remission, and YEAH, it sucks when you come out a quiet period. I saw your footage on MTV and want to let you know I'm sending out good vibes for both us and all those affected with this FUCKING CANCER. I go into treatment again soon. in pursuit of a cure. this is my outlet. my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer almost 2 years ago, which she is still in treatment for. this is how i get by, this is how i manage. i am organizing a cancer awareness & research fund raiser, a silent auction and art show. it is going to be held on the 3rd of october 2009 in jersey city, new jersey.
